Rostant MAGHEN NEGOU est un cadre de la Cameroon Radio Television (CRTV) qu'il a rejoint en 2014 après avoir été tour à tour ; Directeur Général à la Société Image Sarl où il s'occupait notamment de la gestion du développement commercial, la rationalisation de la gestion, et l'optimisation de la réduction des coûts d’exploitation ; et Directeur d'Agence à la Société Camerounaise de Savonnerie où il s'occupait notamment de la création et gestion d'entreprise, du développement commercial, de la maîtrise d'ouvrage et des ressources humaines. Diplômé d'un Master professionnel en Marketing-Vente, Négociation et Direction d’Équipes Commerciales de l'Institut des Sciences de l'Entreprise et du Management (ISEM) de l'Université de Montpellier en France qui deviendra plus tard Montpellier Management et d'un Master in Business Administration (MBA) de l'Institut d'Administration des Entreprises (IAE) de l'Université de Poitiers en France, il revendique plusieurs dizaines de certifications et d’années d'expériences professionnelles. Également Enseignant-Assistant à l'Université de Montpellier, Rostant MAGHEN NEGOU dit vouloir intégrer un grand groupe, une startup innovante ou une PME ambitieuse ayant un business model en Océan Bleu où il pourrait faire équipe avec des personnes hautement qualifiées afin de créer les futurs standards pour l'Afrique.
